Concert Programme - 30 june 2024
HLO will be performing a wide range of both popular and rare light orchestral music for our next concert including;
Polka Dots - a very lively and popular polka for a rousing opening to our afternoon concert.
London (London Every Day Suite) we calm things down with 'Westminster' (Meditation) the second movment of Eric Coates London Suite.
Lakeside Idyll - by Ernest Tomlinson. We continue to mark the centenary year of Light Music composer and arranger Ernest Tomlinson.
HLO's own Stephen Mann will play Bach and Shostakovich on the wonderful / original Padgate Methodist Church organ.
